We truly care about you and our stylists at CITIZEN and have crafted a set of policies and procedures when booking with us.

Why? Our stylists lose the opportunity to fill appointment slots with short notice or no notice at all and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.

Please read below for more information.

  • Yes!

    As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance by both SMS text message and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as cancelling your appointment.

    (Note: Make sure you have not opted out of these notifications by logging into your Vagaro account or by reaching out if you aren’t sure.)

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without being charged anytime 48 hours preceding the start time of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the total service price.

    If you do not show for your appointment, you will be considered a “no show” and will be subject to 100% of the total service price.

    Please provide a cancellation notice at least 48+ hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee by reaching out to your stylist. You may do this by logging into your Vagaro account and managing your online appointments or by reaching out directly to your stylist. All contact information for each stylist is located HERE.

  • We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, due to our number of bookings per day, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to keep it within the time allotted originally booked, OR reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee. We acknowledge that each scenario is unique so please reach out to your stylist if you are running late so that they can work with you to create the best solution for both parties.
