Creating an account on Vagaro, our booking system, is essential for seamlessly managing your salon appointments at Citizen Salon, offering a host of benefits that enhance your overall experience. With a Vagaro account, you gain the convenience of booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments 24/7 from anywhere, eliminating the need to reach out. You'll also receive automated email and text reminders, helping you avoid missed appointments and potential cancellation fees. Furthermore, your account serves as a centralized hub for your booking history, enabling Citizen Salon to better understand your preferences and provide a more personalized service tailored to your needs.

To create an account:

  1. Go to https://vagaro.com and select Login at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. At the bottom of the screen, select Sign up now.

  3. Enter your account information and select options for Appointment Reminders and Promotional Emails.

  4. Select Create Account.

  5. Check your email for a message from Vagaro containing a 6-digit code, enter it in the Verify Your Email screen, then select Verify.

  6. Check your text messages for a six-digit code, enter it on the Verify Your Mobile Phone screen, then select Verify.

  7. In the Account Verified screen, select Done.

  8. Optionally, update your customer profile.
