Lucas, Lauren and Clinton came together as friends and partners in 2020 to expand and elevate the CITIZEN brand in Oceanside, CA. With 15+ years of experience in the beauty industry, each individual has a background as a stylist behind-the-chair and an educator for cosmetology schools and salons across the country. The uniqueness and diversity in strengths and passions make up the CITIZEN brand and vision.
